ACCENTRO acquires 190 residential units in Potsdam and near Leipzig

Berlin, 24 March 2020 – ACCENTRO Real Estate AG  has acquired 190 residential units in Potsdam and in the Leipzig region. The purchase price amounts to a total of 9.1 million euros. With the acquisition of the properties ACCENTRO now has a portfolio of approx. 2,430 residential units. The overwhelming majority of the newly-acquired apartments are to be sold to owner-occupiers and buy-to-let investors in the medium to long term.

“With the purchase close to Berlin and in the Leipzig region we are continuing our policy of regional diversification,” says Lars Schriewer, the Chief Executive Officer of ACCENTRO Real Estate AG, adding: “In the future we will see further expansion throughout Germany.”
