Berlin, 24 March 2020 – ACCENTRO Real Estate AG has acquired 190 residential units in Potsdam and in the Leipzig region. The purchase price amounts to a total of 9.1 million euros. With the acquisition of the properties ACCENTRO now has a portfolio of approx. 2,430 residential units. The overwhelming majority of the newly-acquired apartments are to be sold to owner-occupiers and buy-to-let investors in the medium to long term.
